Service department needs to get on the ball. I have been waiting for a "safety recall" repair since May of 2024. It took two months for someone in the service department to return my call. Finally after someone did return my call I was told Honda had issues the parts to do the repair. Strangely on the recall notice it stated if you already have paid to have this repair done Honda will reimburse you, wonder where those parts came from. I called frequently to check afterwards. The truck had one small issue and he made sure it was taken care of before I took it off the lot and while I waited I was given a loaner. The staff was great and friendly. Don’t mind waiting in the waiting room at all while my car is getting serviced! Always superb service!
